About the Role 🔗

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will provide critical operational support to keep our company running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing company-wide operational coordination, assigning people to appropriate tasks like training, setup, QMS, and more
  • Diligently responding to various ad-hoc tasks, usually with straightforward instructions
  • Taking on pieces of high-level financial, admin, or operational tasks that require research and critical thinking
  • Organizing the company's participation in events, working with conferences, housing, transport companies, etc.
  • Drafting useful, simple procedures per request

What You'll Bring 🔗

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or equivalent role, ideally in a remote B2B agency;
  • 5+ years experience with flight, housing, transport, and event organization and scheduling;
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines;
  • Track record of completing low-context, ad-hoc work without extensive guidance;
  • Familiarity with financial tasks like overseeing vendor payments, invoicing, and expense management;
  • Ability to work 9am-5pm CT and keep a strong work focus in this timezone;
  • Affinity for flexibility and growth in a dynamic work environment.
